ปาปาย่า ป๊อก ป๊อกTaste
Sour | Spicy | Savoury | Tangy Tamarind | Playful | Appetite-Opening
A playful cocktail that borrows its name from one of the most familiar sounds in a Thai kitchen.
Before “Som Tam” became a word many travellers recognised, our great grandparents simply called it Papaya Pok Pok: papaya for the main ingredient and pok pok is the rhythm of green papaya being pounded in a mortar. This glass follows that same rhythm — lime squeezed bright, tamarind stirred in for deep sourness, palm sugar added for roundness, garlic giving a savoury kick and dried chilli bringing slow heat at the end.
Papaya Pok Pok is not a replacement for Som Tam, but a cheeky opening act — sharp, lively and full of Thai table energy.
Ingredients
Lanna Vodka | Lime | Tamarind | Palm Sugar | Garlic | Dried Chilli | Sida Tomato

ฟ้อนแง้นTaste
Tart | Sparkling | Citrus-pepper | Tingling | Cheeky | Dance-Ready
A northern sparkling cocktail with a little mischief in its step.
Made with Lanna Vodka, roselle, makhwaen (มะแขว่น) and soda, this glass carries the bright, tingling taste of Northern Thailand. Makhwaen brings a citrus-pepper lift that lightly wakes the tongue, roselle adds a ruby tartness and soda keeps everything fresh, easy and full of movement.
The name comes from Fon Ngaen (ฟ้อนแง้น), a spirited Lanna folk dance, known for its graceful backward arch.
We borrow the name with a wink — because this drink mood is so joyful and may just have you rising from the table for a little dance before you realise

หย่านัดTaste
Fragrant | Golden | Juicy | Softly Sweet | Refreshing | Auspicious
A golden tropical cocktail that carries the language, luck and local taste of Phuket in one glass.
In Southern Thai, pineapple is called Ya Nat. Among Phuket’s Hokkien Chinese community, it is also known as Ong Lai — a name often understood as good fortune arriving. For this reason, pineapple has long been seen as an auspicious fruit, often found in offerings, ceremonies and festive tables across Phuket’s Thai-Chinese culture.
This cocktail celebrates Phuket pineapple for its fragrant sweetness, crisp texture and bright golden character.
Made with locally sourced Phuket pineapple in support of local growers, Ya Nat is a toast to the island — golden, refreshing and carrying a quiet wish for good fortune.

Saneha Gin gives a clean botanical base, Chiang Rai jasmine tea brings a soft floral note, while coconut water adds freshness and a light tropical body. Young coconut flesh gives the drink a gentle texture, making each sip feel somewhere between a Thai tea ritual, a delicate dessert and a coastal cocktail.
Soft at first, then quietly complex, Mali Sorn is a fragrant pour for those who prefer elegance over sweetness — gentle, graceful and full of small details.
